Gadsm has expanded to and changed its domain name to sedsm.org in order to give a home to members in Florida, Alabama, Carolinas, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All the data was transfered and the site is gearing itself to a more regional feel and encompassing Evo tech forums.

As our cars age and less are on the road we saw a trend of DSM owners coming to Gadsm from surrounding states or stepping into Evos as a newer platform. Being that these vehicles have so much in common and so many of us have a Dsm and Evo at the same time it just makes sense.

Please join the forums Evo, Dsmer, or general auto enthusiast. Hopefully we can develop some meaningful southeastern meets to give the N.E. a run for its money.

Automatic with 122k miles on it. At 107k miles the heads were rebuilt due to the thermostat going bad popping the HG. The heads and block are straight and were not warped.

The truck has a few dings but the paint is flawless. Interior is cloth with no rips tears or seams coming apart.

Legally tinted windows.

Air blows ice cold and heat blows boiling hot.

Truck is wired for a trailer with oil and transmission coolers but only has a bumper hitch.

Viper alarm and remote start are installed. Great for winter or summer so you can leave the heat or air on, start the car inside and let the car cool off or heat up.

Alpine head unit, kicker CVR 10 in sub.

auxiliary fog lights installed behind grill

cold air intake

Tires have good tread. There are no problems with this truck.

For Sale: 2 17" Cobra R wheels w/BFGoodrich g-Force drag radials (P275/40R17) Price is $250 o.b.o.

I bought them from a guy I work with who used to run them on his Mustang, and I really have no use for them...the tires have some passes left on them and the wheels are in pretty good condition, there's a scratch on one and I'll send a picture of it if necessary.

Sorry they're unclean in the picture, they've been under my shed for a while and I've just been too lazy to clean them up.

I made a build thread about my truck on another forum, I figured I would share it here. Nothing too special, just me slowly rebuilding and modifying my 1994 Ford Ranger.

What I have done to the truck:
Custom spectre intake
Accel coil packs
Accel plug wires
Bosch platinum 4+ plugs
Walbro high pressure fuel pump(255LPH)
New fuel tank filler hose(the old one was cracked and leaking)
New wheel bearings(lol)
Blocked off EGR, EGR solenoid and vacuum lines removed and blocked off
New glass(windshield / driver door)
Rebuilt injectors from a 5.0, new Orings, pintle caps, and filters
New fuel tank sending unit(although I am going to have to drop the tank again to inspect, it only worked for a few days when I replaced it!)

New alternator
X2 Battery - 800 cold cranking amps
New battery terminals
Used corner lenses and taillights
New tires
Nice stereo/speakers(Pioneer head and speakers)
Castrol Syntec 5w30(not sure what viscosity to use)
Royal purple gear oil

I do believe that is all I have done so far, I am probably forgetting stuff though. This rebuilding process is slower than my truck is.

This is what I'm working with so far. In the near future I plan on getting a good exhaust setup.

Eventually I am going to pull the motor, put some used forged pistons out of an SVO, murker or turbocoupe 2.3 and proceed to turbo charge it.

I don't know which direction I will go for my ECU, either aftermarket, piggy back, or get the turbo computer and harness from a donor car and try to figure that out.

I will use a ford lightening MAF sensor, probably a stock ford turbo manifold. Don't know how I'm going to intercool it. The stock intercoolers on the turbo fords were kind of dinky but they are easier to install.

I don't know which turbo to use yet either, but this part of the build is very far away, I'm broke as a joke right now.

I plan on about 15 PSI if I get the forged pistons and proper tuning. I don't have the injectors to go further but I may replace those when it comes time to do all this.

Any thoughts?
