Roebuck NTB sucks....

I've had previous bad luck with ANYONE working on my car.

NTB in Roebuck (330 Gadsen Hwy if I recall the address corrrectly) is yet another.

I came in to replace my Pirelli Pzero Asymetricos with my Yokohama S.Drives (ES100 replacements). Good news was if you bought (or say you your tires from NTB or Tirerack you get 4 mounted and balanced for $65.

Bad News.

2 rims chipped (Blind guy with parkinsons and an air wrench?)
1 rim scraped (I think I saw it chained to a rottweilers neck running across the parking lot). 1 inch by 2 inch scrape=ouch

There were other scuffs and scrapes (especially around the lip) but I am not 100% sure these were their fault, but the stuff I listed above DEFINITELY was not there before.

Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and had a couple of kids with me, so I didn't have time to biztch (only my powdercoated 17x9 inch FN01RC's...but if these would have been HRE's I would have had the police down least they mounted the tires directionally.

Mhm... Saab Tire ftw. I noticed one or two chips on my wheels, but honestly i can't say they weren't there before. Saab will do you right, and you'll pay accordingly

I was kinda so-so on Saab myself. They didnt f' anything up, but they didnt do a great job worth really raving about either. Yes, they mounted my rear tires (for $85), but there is still a slight vibration in them...which is just enough to notice at certain speeds, but not enough for me to take time off work to go and ***** about. Plus I had to ***** about getting my "other" tire back (blew one out, one still had 50% thread life which I wanted back incase I blow another and they are about 50% again). Like I said, they didnt snap off my locking lug nut and then tell me to fix it myself, but I cant say it was worth my $85 for two tires either.

Personally, the best place was the honda place in Tuscaloosa....they were like $40 for mount/balance (all 4) and always did it perfectly....too bad they probably dont want to touch the lexus.

Go back and complain. I had the same thing happen at the NTB on 280. I was washing the car a week later and noticed the scrapes. I took it back and they offered the replace 3 of the factory wheels or apply the same amount toward a new set of after market wheels. I ended up with a new set of wheels and they even let me buy my scratched rims back for $50 to use as slalom wheels.
